Highlight this assignment and click on the Available Actions??¦ link under
the Process Scheduling Tasks pane to the right side of the workspace, as shown in
Figure 7-33. This will open the Available Actions dialog box, as shown in the inset
of Figure 7-33. From the drop-down list Select action:, choose Instantiate to create a
new instance of the assignment. Under the Parameters: section in this dialog box, set
the value of Start to True, as shown in Figure 7-33. Clicking OK will exit the dialog
box, and create assignment instances for all Business Users and Business Roles
that can be selected as contributors for this assignment. One assignment instance
is created per business user. The business user can either be added individually as
a contributor or belong to a business role that was added as a contributor when the
assignment was defined using the Create an Assignment Definition wizard described
earlier. The newly created assignment instances are visible in the cycle workspace
after refreshing the Planning Business Modeler client tool.

Security and Roles
As with most Microsoft products, security is role-based. This means that users are
assigned to one or more roles, and that their inclusion in those roles determines
the permissions they have in the system. There are actually two different kinds of
roles in the Planning Server: Administrative and Business.
