Bikes
are a significant part of this measure, but the goal is for bikes to be 90% or higher;
currently bikes represent only about 87% of total revenues, so the indicator is yellow
or Slightly Off Target.
Note that the % of Total column isn??™t actually showing the percentage, but the
Sales Amount measure. If the goal was to show the actual percentage, this would be
one of the times than an MDX expression would be needed. In this case, the Data

Mapping for the % of Total target would be the Sales Amount for Bikes divided by
the Sales Amount for all products. Here is the MDX formula that accomplishes this:

Once this formula is added as the data mapping for the % of Total target and some
formatting is applied, the actual percentage appears as shown in Figure 5-18.
Adding Multiple KPIs at Once
When adding KPIs in the Dashboard Designer, it??™s a relatively simple matter to
click the Create ribbon and then the KPI button. Unfortunately this will only let
developers add one KPI at a time and this can obviously grow tedious when there
