As a consultant, he has delivered successful Data Warehouse implementations and
OLAP solutions in several industries, including Banking and Finance, Healthcare,
Energy, Retail, and Software verticals. Sony served as a member of the team that
implemented PPS Planning module at Microsoft prior to its General Availability
release. He is currently a mentor with Solid Quality Mentors, and provides training
and mentoring in advanced BI solutions to clients across the country. He teaches
classes on Microsoft BI tool suite and speaks at BI seminars and conferences. He is
also a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). He lives in Atlanta
with his wife Lucy and daughter Anne.

Alyson Powell Erwin is a program manager for Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq:
MSFT). Alyson is responsible for managing customer programs, early product
feedback, and deployments for PerformancePoint Server Monitoring and Analytics.
Previously, Alyson was a technical product manager for ProClarity Corporation,
managing customer programs, product feedback, and early deployments of the
ProClarity Analytics family of products. Alyson had previous experience working
on the Professional Services team at ProClarity deploying BI solutions, writing and
delivering BI training materials, and acting as a Technical Account Manager. Prior to
joining ProClarity in 2000, Alyson worked on the SAP team at Trus Joist, a division
of Weyerhaeuser (NYSE:WY) and in various development roles for Micron (NYSE:
MU) and Logicon, now a division of Northrop Grumman.
